Inkoonranta

We designed the site plan for the whole Inkoonranta area and a four-story wooden apartment building. The apartment building is a modern log house concept with great views to the sea. There will be four of concept houses in total and several smaller apartment buildings and villas

Inkoo is located West of Helsinki, about 30 min drive. Most of the area is reserved for housing and some for commercial use. All facades are wooden and the color scheme carefully selected to suit this delicate sea front site and the built environment. Project team architects Aki Hiltunen, Virpi Pääjärvi, Erik Ristoja.
